COOKING WITH THE REDDENS

Hi, in case you don't know us our names are Merrillie and David Redden. Cooking with the Reddens will contain some of our favourite recipes.

We enjoy cooking and eating nice food and we love having friends and family over for nice meals, but we also have time constraints like most people, with work commitments and commuting. So we like to keep our cooking simple and easy and often cook on the weekend for the week ahead.

We are based on the Central Coast, NSW and work in Sydney, so home cooked meals that also freeze well are favourites.

Our recipes will not contain nutritional facts and figures, calorie counts or dietary information. They are simply a guide to help you on your way and give you some more ideas or confidence to get cooking in your own kitchen.

Our aim is to show how easy it is to prepare some yummy meals, using store bought ingredients.

We are not chefs, just your every day, busy people who like to cook.
