I'm going to let you in on a little secret-- I've never met anyone coming back safely from a mountain bike ride, trail run, epic hike, or who just finished a triathlon or bikepacking expedition who isn't wearing a huge smile on their face. Ear to ear. We just can't help it. There's just too much exhilaration, adrenaline, dopamine, endorphins and a sense of well-being and accomplishment that comes from active outdoor fitness. My goal is to bottle up this goodness and share it with the world.
