I am a wife, a mother, a daughter, and best friend to many. I am a member of NOVA, author as well as a Case Manager for Houston's largest women's shelters. After having survived 13 years of domestic abuse in a previous marriage, I am very familiar of what it is like to hit rock bottom and get back up stronger than ever. No excuses, change starts with us. That's what I believe. I can do all things through Christ, so do it. On this channel I'll be cooking, sharing recipe secrets, having positive self talk, trying on wigs, and much more. You just never know what will go on in Kay's World.
