I am an Indian woman, married to a Greek man, living in the United States. I use the culinary traditions of India, Greece and the US to elevate everyday home cooking, to a gourmet dining experience.

I learned cooking early on from my mom in Southern India. I came to the US for MBA, at a US university. In the US, I was exposed to new ingredients and culinary techniques adding to my already significant knowledge of all kinds of flavors and spices of the far east.

I divide my time between our homes in USA, India, and Greece. I am in love with fresh produce, seafood & the simplicity of Greek Cuisine, the vibrant spices, & aromas of India, and the abundance of produce in the US. I invite you to my kitchen with its unique blend of Indo-Grecian- American Fusion Food.
