The prime ingredients, mode of cooking, oil, fat, portion size, sugars and timings are culprits to get more calories, for ex, puri (107 cal, 3gm of fat) made out of same wheat flour is unhealthy than roti (64 cal, 0.66gm of fat)

Always 80% diet and 20% exercises help us to stay healthy. Age should never be an excuse and barrier for healthy lifestyle. When it comes to getting healthy, nothing beats, as Health is Wealth and its in our hands to shape our own body and health.
