In 2016 I grabbed all the experience I DIDN'T have, and founded a 501C3 Nonprofit, dog rescue called Handover Rover. I was pulling E-listed dogs from the shelters, with zero dog experience.

After getting my ass handed to me from one of the most lethal dogs I've ever encountered, and having 16 professionals tell me to put a bullet in his head, I decided I would have to learn how to train a dog. (that's how this channel started)

In 2021 Sarah joined me. Think of Tommy & Richard from Tommy Boy. One of us is the brains, one of us is the energy. HINT: I'm not the brains.

My most lethal dog became the most stable, social, and loving dog I've ever known. I got the honor of being Harrison's protector for 9 years. He passed from cancer January 2026, and that's when everything shifted. I learned energy doesn't die, & the connection doesn't end.

This channel is a mix of dog training, rescue work and exploring a deeper connection that is non-physical.
