Brian Shields, commonly known as "Mr. Weatherman", has decades of forecast experience. He runs the globally popular "Mr. Weatherman" YouTube Channel, which focuses on the Caribbean. He holds a degree in Geography from Villanova University and a degree in Meteorology from Mississippi State University. Brian has university certificates in Emergency Management and Volcanology.

Matt Makens worked in various broadcast news markets across the country for more than 20 years while also consulting with renewable energy and insurance companies, litigating attorneys, public policymakers, public works departments, and supply chain leaders. Throughout those two decades, he was awarded five Emmy Awards for excellence in weather broadcasting and multiple local-level awards.
