My mother introduced me to music when I was very young.

She did this, I suspect, more out of a worry for my safety than anything else.

You see, I had been run over by a car a few months prior; I survived with nothing but a scar - very Harry Pottereque, no? :D

A happy consequence of this, though, was that I was put in piano lessons. Thus my journey began.

I love to sing and scarcely need an excuse to do so.
